If Mississippi is going to become more competitive in a global economy, the state needs to first establish where we need to go in terms of education, job training, business climate, infrastructure and fiscal policy and how we get there. That’s the focus of Blueprint Mississippi 2011. Higher Education Commissioner Hank Bounds will chair Blueprint Mississippi 2011 and will be assisted by former University of Mississippi Chancellor Robert Khayat.
