OXFORD, Miss. — The Delta Gamma sorority at the University of Mississippi will host a memorial honoring the life and service of Eleanor Smith Slaughter Saturday (Sept. 14) at 2 p.m. at the Gertrude C. Ford Center for the Performing Arts.
Slaughter was well-known for her service in Delta Gamma following her graduation from Ole Miss.
The public is invited to the service and reception to follow at the Delta Gamma house.
