Here in UM Communications we have the enviable job of living and breathing Ole Miss News while working on the prettiest campus in the country. Not only do we consume and share all types of Ole Miss information through Ole Miss News, the university web site, our social media accounts and many printed publications, but we also love to get ideas from other communications groups. However, we haven’t had a place to share some of the interesting information and pictures that don’t make it into a press release or publication.
So, welcome to the Ole Miss Blog. It’s a place for our staff to share interesting tidbits, links to articles and Ole Miss mentions as well as some scattered tips on communications and glimpses behind the scenes of some of our bigger projects.
We have no agenda for the blog other than to provide an outlet for some Ole Miss communications staff and students to share their experience in promoting what we humbly view as the best university on earth!
