Robin Street, lecturer, was named Public Relations Educator of the Year by the Southern Public Relations Federation. Street was nominated for the award by the Public Relations Association of Mississippi, which previously had named her as Educator of the Year for Mississippi. The latest award was presented Oct. 6 during the organization’s annual conference.

Samir Husni, professor of journalism, and Traci Mitchell, associate director of the Student Media Center, were honored by the Ole Miss Alumni Association for 25 years of continuous service to The University of Mississippi.
