It’s the age-old problem for college freshmen with no wheels: how to run errands or grab a ride to a party across town.
The University of Mississippi and Zipcar Inc. introduced a program Tuesday that lets students rent fuel-efficient cars for $8 an hour, giving those with no car an opportunity to zip around town.
