Faculty Brass Quintet to Perform Free Concert March 17 in Nutt Auditorium

OXFORD, Miss. – The University of Mississippi Faculty Brass
Quintet is slated to present a recital Monday (March 17) in
Nutt Auditorium of Scruggs Hall. The 8 p.m. concert is
free and open to the public.

 

The evening repertoire includes compositions by Malcolm
Arnold, Victor Ewald, Collier Jones, Arthur Frackenpohl and
Paquito D’Rivera.

Faculty Brass Quintet are Ole Miss music faculty Charles
Gates and John Schuesselin on trumpet, Robert Gilbert on
horn, Greg Luscombe on trombone and Joe Sellmansberger on
tuba.
