\"Michael<\/a>Welcome to a new look for Keywords. Many of you will be reading this issue electronically rather than in hand as you have in the past. Our transition to the e-newsletter mirrors many of the changes and advances that the University Libraries have undergone to better serve our students, faculty, staff and other users. Our two new electronic classrooms have been full this semester with students benefiting from the technology and access the rooms provide. The number of digitized collections that the Department of Archives and Special Collections houses on its website grows each week to provide more access to these valuable research materials. The electronic databases and academic journals that our researchers use each day create heavy traffic for our electronic services as well.<\/p>\n

Many of these advancements and upgrades have been provided through the generosity of library donors such as you. You are providing the measure of excellence needed to keep this momentum going. We thank you all for your generous support and welcome an opportunity to discuss with you further some of the opportunities where you can truly make a difference at Ole Miss.<\/p>\n
