OXFORD, Miss. – Students majoring in hospitality management at the
\nUniversity of Mississippi get a chance to learn from the best in the
\nbusiness Friday (Oct. 30), when executives from the country’s No. 1-rated
\nhotel visit campus.

\nMichael
\nBonadies, president and chief executive officer at 21c Museum Hotel in
\nLouisville, Ky.; Sarah Robbins, vice president of operations; and Michael
\nPaley, executive chef at the hotel’s Proof on Main restaurant, will talk
\nto students from 9 to 11 a.m. in the Student Union, Room 401. The event
\nis free and open to the public.\n<\/p>\n
\nThe 21c
\nMuseum Hotel was honored as the top-rated hotel in the United States and
\nthe No. 6 hotel worldwide earlier this month by Conde Nast Traveler
\nmagazine in its annual Readers’ Choice Awards. The hotel, which opened in
\n2006, includes 9000 square feet of exhibition space for rotating
\nexhibitions of contemporary art. Both the hotel and its restaurant
\noperations have won numerous awards.\n<\/p>\n
