He has kept in touch with the 2013 MBA students ever since his visit, which led him to offer the students an invitation to this Big Apple experience.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Eleven students from the MBA Class of 2013 will tour the exchange as part of their New York experience Feb. 14-17.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe MBA class has gone on many trips from New Orleans to Keystone, Colo., and have become one of the closest classes yet,\u201d said Jennifer Urban, an MBA student who is making the New York trip. \u201cI am extremely excited for the New York trip, and I am so thankful to Mr. Costa for inviting us to partake in this amazing experience.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A few of the main points the Ole Miss MBA program teaches include how to network within businesses and how to use connections made outside the classroom to benefit one&#8217;s career.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe realize that the MBA program is not just what you learn in the classroom but the experiences you can gain by traveling, meeting people across the country and learning from different out-of-classroom activities,\u201d Urban said. \u201cI personally have chosen to go on the trip because I think it is a once-in-lifetime experience to see the New York Stock Exchange.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Following the closing bell, the students will attend a meet-and-greet with some of the biggest names in New York City from various industries, from marketing to investment banking.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNot only is this an incredible opportunity for us, but it is also a great thing for the Ole Miss MBA program, as well, as it will give us great exposure,\u201d said MBA student Nick Castiglia.<\/p>\n<p>For more information, visit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.olemissbusiness.com\/mba\/\" target=\"_blank\">university&#8217;s MBA program<\/a>.<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OXFORD, Miss. \u2013 Students from the University of Mississippi MBA class are preparing to experience the thrill of being in the middle of the high-energy New York Stock Exchange.
