UM has unveiled new designs for the university that include a standard email signature for all employees; business cards, letterhead and envelopes; and a PowerPoint template. Click here to see the new designs<\/a>. The new design standards do not affect the Lyceum crest or Ole Miss script.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s what the new design means for faculty and staff:<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll need to order new business cards, letterhead and envelopes.<\/strong> Order your new materials through printing@olemiss.edu<\/a>. Make sure to email (or drop off at Sam\/Gerard Hall) a copy of each item you are replacing. You\u2019ll be able to proof your new materials before they are printed.<\/p>\n

Printing Services will recycle your old materials.<\/strong> Once you\u2019ve been notified that your new stationery, business cards and\/or envelopes are ready, exchange your old materials for the new ones. Printing Services will recycle or repurpose the old items.<\/p>\n

You may receive a one-for-one credit on new items. <\/strong>If your printed pieces are from the last design generation, you\u2019ll receive the credit. Here’s an example of the most recent look:<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll soon be able to access templates for presentations, letterhead and the email signature in an online creative toolbox. <\/strong>Until the templates are available, send requests to printing@olemiss.edu<\/a> or call 915-7066.<\/p>\n
