Frank Tuttle has worked at Ole Miss as an Operations Supervisor in the IT Center for nearly 30 years and a published fantasy author for almost 20. His latest novel, \u201cThe Markhat Files,\u201d follows the cases of Markhat, a finder tasked with finding lost ghosts.
