\"unnamed\"<\/a>The University of Mississippi is focused not only on providing an excellent education to its students, but also on working to engage and help the surrounding community.<\/p>\n

The Ole Miss family is involved in community service in many ways. Our student-athletes often visit local elementary schools. We have grant programs through the university that build\u00a0gardens for\u00a0elementary schools.<\/p>\n

And our alternative spring break program allows students to give back to less fortunate communities. Ole Miss also has a partnership with United Way.<\/p>\n

Those are just a sample of the university\u2019s community involvement. No matter the cause, Ole Miss makes sure the surrounding community is engaged and assisted while teaching students to give back.<\/p>\n
