Launched in January 2014, MegaBus offered three daily arrivals and departures from the university&#8217;s Kudzu Lot on Old Taylor Road.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are always looking for ways to enhance transportation options and will continue to do so for the university and surrounding community,&#8221; said Mike Harris, Director of Parking and Transportation. &#8220;Some will be successful, while others may prove not to be. The key is to continue to work together as a community to provide as many options as possible.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>A statement provided by Megabus did not rule out a return of the routes to the Oxford and Ole Miss community in the future.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Unfortunately due to insufficient ridership, the New Orleans-Jackson-Oxford-Memphis route will be discontinued on December 16.
