The Ole Miss Women\u2019s Council welcomed a wide variety of speakers this fall to their monthly Red Plate Suppers for their scholars.\u00a0\u00a0 In September, Jeff McManus, Director of Landscape Services, shared how leaders are developed from the bottom to the top. Linda Spargo, Special Projects Coordinator and Academic Advisor for the Chancellor\u2019s Office, spoke on the importance of communication and identifying a personal brand at the October dinner. \u00a0Scholars and their mentors were excited to welcome Ross Bjork, Ole Miss Athletic Director, to the November Thanksgiving dinner. Bjork spoke on situational leadership and the role core values should have in one\u2019s life. The semester ended with a festive holiday gathering at the home of Mary and Sam Haskell.<\/p>\n
