Jennifer Fisackerly<\/p><\/div>\n

OXFORD, Miss \u2013 Three 2015 University of Mississippi graduates have been selected to represent their respective sororities as national leadership consultants.<\/p>\n

Bailey Frady of Delta Delta Delta<\/a>, Jennifer Fisackerly of Delta Gamma<\/a>, and Madi Cristina of Phi Mu<\/a> will travel nationwide for their national Greek organizations for one year. A leadership consultant’s responsibilities include visiting and observing different chapters of their organization to make sure members are having the best possible experience, as well as holding training sessions and meetings to certify chapters are following national guidelines.<\/p>\n

Fisackerly, who also is former vice president of recruitment for the UM Panhellenic Council<\/a>, wanted to continue her work with the Greek community.<\/p>\n

Madi Cristina<\/p><\/div>\n

“After recruitment, as my time on Panhellenic and my collegiate Delta Gamma experience was ending, I felt my work with my fraternity was incomplete,” Fisackerly said. She said she is honored to be selected and is eager to begin her training with the 10 other consultants representing Delta Gamma.<\/p>\n

“In the fraternity and sorority community, the value in students being selected to serve their national organization showed they enjoyed their experience, understand the values and purpose of their organization,” said Jennell Bukky Lanski, UM<\/a> coordinator of fraternity and sorority life. “They chose to make a commitment to continue serving their organization and fraternity and sorority community. We couldn’t be more proud of these three women.”<\/p>\n

Frady, former philanthropy and education chairs for Delta Delta Delta, said she has known for some time that she wanted to continue her involvement with her sorority.<\/p>\n

“I knew that I was skilled in leadership and chapter development,” Frady said. “I also have such a passion for seeing women learn and grow into the people they want to become. This combination of passion and skill and a desire to give back to my wonderful organization helped me to apply for the position.”<\/p>\n

The three UM alumnae begin their roles as leadership consultants this summer and will continue throughout the entire 2015-16 school year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
