OXFORD, Miss. \u2013 University of Mississippi students, faculty and staff are encouraged to participate in a series of events this week promoting the UM Creed.<\/p>\n
Presented by the Associated Student Body, the annual Creed Week features activities designed to unite the campus community. Each tenet stated within the creed is highlighted one day during the week.<\/p>\n
“Creed Week serves as a reminder of the way we are expected to live our lives as members of the University of Mississippi family,” ASB President Barron Mayfield said. “This week is an opportunity for students to engage with their ASB officers and representatives as well as university leadership and members of the LOU community.<\/p>\n
“Creed Week is a way for all of us to create meaningful relationships with one another in order to be accountable and encourage each other to live the Creed in our daily lives.”<\/p>\n
All events will take place in the plaza in front of the Ole Miss Student Union.<\/p>\n
