Le’Tosha James, an administrative assistant in the Department of Naval Science<\/a>, has been named Staff Council’s Staff Member of the Month for April. To help us get to know her better, she answered some questions for Inside Ole Miss.<\/p>\n

IOM:<\/strong> How long have you worked at Ole Miss?<\/p>\n

James:<\/strong> 6\u00bd years.<\/p>\n

IOM:<\/strong> What is your hometown?<\/p>\n

James: <\/strong>Oxford.<\/p>\n

IOM:<\/strong> Talk about your favorite Ole Miss memory. <\/p>\n

James: <\/strong>Meeting (former Ole Miss quarterback) Bo Wallace in the ID Center.<\/p>\n

IOM:<\/strong> What do you enjoy most about your position or the department in which you work?<\/p>\n

James: <\/strong>I enjoy seeing the students complete their degrees and leave to start the next part of their journey in the U.S. Navy or U.S. Marine Corps.<\/p>\n

IOM:<\/strong> What do you like to do when you are not at work?<\/p>\n

James: <\/strong>I shop and I read. <\/p>\n

IOM:<\/strong> What is one thing on your bucket list?<\/p>\n

James: <\/strong>I want to visit the Grand Canyon and Niagara Falls.<\/p>\n

IOM:<\/strong> What is your favorite movie?<\/p>\n

James: <\/strong>“<\/strong>The Color Purple.”<\/p>\n

IOM:<\/strong> What is your favorite Ole Miss tradition?<\/p>\n

James: <\/strong>Tailgating.<\/p>\n

IOM:<\/strong> What is a fun fact about you?<\/p>\n

James:<\/strong> I will be graduating from Ole Miss May 2021.<\/p>\n

IOM:<\/strong> If you could have lunch with anyone, alive or dead\/fictional or real, who would it be and why?<\/p>\n

James: <\/strong>Former first lady Michelle Obama. I would love to talk with her about her book “Becoming,” being the first lady and how it was living in the White House.<\/p>\n
